THE OPPORTUNITY As a Respiratory Therapist, you will report to the Clinical Services Manager and be responsible for assessing and treating patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders. This role includes performing diagnostic tests, developing and implementing treatment plans, and administering therapies such as oxygen and mechanical ventilation. You will monitor patient progress, document care in the Meditech system, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Additionally, you will maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment, educate patients and families on respiratory management, and participate in community outreach programs.
